Black Cod Saikyo Yaki
OMG I always knew the food was amazing here but the Miso Black Cod is far beyond delicious It's incredible
Garlic Albacore
KIHON is the only sushi restaurant I can go to. The ambience, the staff being so friendly, there's no place I'd rather be. My fiance and I are locals here and our favorite chef is Peter. Hanging out with Peter and eating his specials is the best. Our favorite dish here is the garlic albacore. It's so buttery and the truffle oil is chef's kiss. 10/10!
Black Cod Saikyo Yaki
I love kihon. I try to go to the sushi bar everytime to get Peter my favorite chef. Freshest and best quality around. The black cod and garlic albacore are a must try.
The White Russian (cut)
My family has been coming to Kihon since they opened when my boys were very young. Kihon has helped cultivate their love for sushi. We always get the popcorn shrimp, white russian roll and many others each time we come. We also treat ourselves to a few pieces of sashimi. We [?] Kihon.
Garlic Albacore
Garlic. Albacore. 2 of my favorite things! This was so delicious along with the yummy ramen, all were pleased! Highly recommend this place : )
Dungeness Crab (cut)
All of the items here are amazing but we always save room for this one in particular. I could eat this roll every single day!

Yellowtail Belly
Buttery and fresh fish! Delicious every time. Can be busy and ran into some slow service on my last visit but am not deterred to keep coming back. The baked oysters are delicious too!
Ceviche
They have the best ceviche. Whenever I come home to visit I always insist on coming here. Their spicy tuna on crispy rice is also fantastic.
